Pea Douce Provence

This has a very sweet flavour. Can be grown for the exhibition also if given more room and grown as trained cordons up tall sticks.

They contain about 10 peas or more per pod. It has won the RHS AGM award.
Pea Douce Provence is a wrinkle-seeded pea that also shows good resistance to Fusarium wilt race 1.
An excellent variety for freezing or eating freshly picked. Height: 75cm (30″).
Spread 25cm (10″).

Growing Info
Sow in rows at 3 feet apart all ways, and insert pea sticks or netting for support.

Hints and Tips
Peas like good fertile land with lots of manure incorporated.
