Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. YOU WILL BE SENT A EMAIL CONFIRMATION IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER CONTAINING THE ORDER NUMBER, FULL CONTACT DETAILS AND PRICES.
All online orders are processed by PayPal. Orders made from the order form in the catalog may be paid with cheque, please send it by letter with on our order form that comes with our hardcopy catalogue. Bulk seed will be pro-forma invoiced and you can pay by bank transfer.
Shipping And Handling Orders to Mainland UK
If you are ordering packet seed the delivery charge is for posting, Packing and Handling the entire order.
Generally we use Royal Mail First Class letter, large letter or packet post. For plants and certain other items we may use UPS next-day delivery, for lights and sundries/propagation items we use a 2 to 3-day carrier.
For grass and wildflower seed we use a 2 to 4-day carrier.
Delivery Schedule We will always send your order in good time for sowing. Generally, we send the seeds within 7 days, sometimes we may not send a certain item with your main order until we received the seeds, that item will follow on at a later date. Booklets and Sundries are sent within 7 to 10 days.
Note:- Unfortunately, like many companies in our industry, we are currently only able to supply seed orders to UK-based customers, excluding those in Northern Ireland.
VAT Charges Seeds are all none VAT.
VAT is charged on shipping/postage. VAT is also charged on Lights, Lamps and other Sundries.
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. We can not see your credit card numbers at any time. Credit card Payments are handled by Paypal which is totally secure, You can also pay by Credit Card via Paypal or pay with your Paypal account.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30-day no-quibble guarantee. All our seeds are British Standard Seed and are regularly tested for high germination. Many of our seeds are Top Size for a high thousand weight, this gives a stronger seedling and consequently a stronger more vigorous plant. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER AT ANY TIME.
