Celeriac Yara F1
Yara has nicely shaped roots with superb internal quality. No hollow crowns and very few offshoots. A highly underestimated vegetable, mainly due to ignorance! Stores for months and is better than celery for cooking.
Growing Info Sow in February in modules at 70f; grow on at 60f. (Requires a long growing season of 10 months. Do not plant out until the soil is warm in May or they all run to seed.
